The HEDIMED Public platform is a GDPR-compliant analytics platform for sensitive cohort data, that works in conjunction with the HEDIMED research platform. The platform aims to include visualizations, interactive graphs, correlation between different factors, risk factors showcasing, dissemination of scientific articles, and educational Materials to facilitate researchers and scientists by offering open access. It offers a secure cloud environment offering virtual machines, data virtualization, and analytics access through Jupyter notebooks, RStudio, and SSH-gated interfaces while combining physical data isolation with virtual data access layers, using tools like PostgreSQL, Docker, and Teiid. This innovation rectifies the current lack of standardization in the industry and offers APIs, cohort data storage, and built-in user management.
